Cabrera's Seasoning — 32 oz

The seasoning we actually use, sold in a 32 oz jar. It is built for pork — salt-forward with garlic, onion, oregano and cumin behind it — and it is what goes on whole pigs coming out of this building.

Use it dry as a rub the night before, or cut it into sour orange and mojo for a wet marinade. A 32 oz jar is enough to season a whole pig with room to spare, so for most families it lasts months.
