Rodolfo and Gracia Cabrera started Mary's Ranch with hard work and a simple promise: no shortcuts, no compromises. Today, three generations later, we're still keeping that promise.
A family business, from the very first day
Rodolfo and Gracia Cabrera established Mary's Ranch in 1978. We became a state-inspected facility in 1980, and with hard work and determination, in 1991 Mary's Ranch became one of the first USDA federal plants in South Florida.
What started as one family's commitment to doing things the right way has grown into a trusted name across South Florida — without ever losing the personal touch that built it.
Six family members, one shared mission
Mary's Ranch is operated today by the next generation of the Cabrera family — the same hands-on approach that Rodolfo and Gracia started with, just with a few more of us around the table.
