In-Facility Only — These add-ons aren't available online. Since everything is custom to your animal, you'll select and confirm your order in person.
Burning
Full singeing, done the traditional way
We offer full singeing (burning) of whole animals, as well as head-and-feet-only burning, for customers who prefer that traditional finish.

Custom Cutting
Cut your way, right down to the chop
We offer custom cutting for goat, lamb, pork, and beef. Every order includes a set number of free parts — anything beyond that is billed at the standard cutting rate.

Good to know: we cut into parts, sections, or chunks — we do not cut steaks. We're happy to cut loins into chops for pork, goat, and lamb.
