Mary's Ranch senior management is committed to producing safe, quality whole roaster pigs and whole goats that meet our customers' expectations and comply with every regulatory requirement that applies to our products.
We achieve this by reviewing and upgrading our safety, quality, and processing procedures; seeking out technological advances and innovations; and maintaining and implementing our sanitation program to meet regulatory requirements — all outlined in our SQF Policy Manual.
